“SolHome is truly one of the best companies I have ever worked for. Dave and Jessica truly care about the employees and have created an atmosphere of stability and comfort. Working for a company that truly cares about their employees, their families and their success is a rarity in this day and age. I truly look forward to coming to work each day.”
Leslie Garcia, Office Manager
“So far only being here for 4 months, I can see that the company is growing in a good way. Customer satisfaction seems to be the number one priority. People in the office always give you what you need to get the job done in the most efficient and productive way.”
Kevin Arpi, Field Crew
“I’ve been with Solhome coming up on 10 years, one of my longest stretches in one company. People of this profession know what I’m talking about. Dave is more than just a boss who signs the checks. He actually cares about his employees. I personally fell into a situation where medically I could no longer work in the field. Dave called me while I was in the hospital, told me not to worry about my job and focus on getting better. I wasn’t able to return to field work anymore. However when I was stable enough to return to work, he moved me into the office and trained me in Sales. I have worked as a carpenter for 25 years, and never have I had an employer like that.”
